Inflatable paddleboards, also known as station inflatable paddleboards, are primarily used for the sport of water skiing. Water skiing is a sport that originated in Hawaii, USA. It originated in the early years when it was created by Hawaiian surf instructors to teach students to move easily. Recently, it has become popular all over the world. Unlike traditional surfing, where an inflatable paddleboard uses a paddle to move, a surfboard uses the surfer's body, with the hands acting as paddles, to then ride or maneuver the wave depending on the offset from the center. An inflatable paddleboard is a board that can be deflated into a backpack or large duffel bag for transportation. Depending on your weight, boards range from 7 feet to 12 feet in length. They are typically made of drop stitch material and have multiple chambers similar to an inflatable mattress. The chambers allow the volume of the board to decrease after multiple deflations without reducing the integrity of the board. Inflatable paddle boards are great for recreational paddlers or those who want to have a relaxed workout.
It's quick and easy to get started and unlike other sports that require long hours of training, you can adapt to it effortlessly. You just need to relax and enjoy nature. There are many variations such as surfing, fishing, board yoga, racing, cross-islanding and many more. Because of these properties, more and more people are now choosing this product for their relaxing ways during leisure. Whether you are a novice or a veteran, you are able to use the paddle board very conveniently, whether it is used for exercising deep or for paddling for fun, or even as a board for sunbathing on the water or to help us to fish, which is particularly diversified. However, for novice paddlers, how to choose a good paddle board is very important, because if you do not choose well, then it is likely to cause the use of the above unpleasant experience.
When choosing an inflatable water paddle, first of all, paddlers need to consider the type of paddling they will be doing. Narrow down your choices by determining whether it will be surfing, racing, cruising or all of the above. In general, shorter and smaller boards are better for surfing and maneuvering, while longer, more streamlined boards are better for traveling long distances and going faster. For cruising, the middle paddle should be considered, and it depends on how you want to use it as to whether you prefer a long or short board. Generally speaking, we recommend that novices choose a longboard because it is safer, easier to use with less effort and does not cause difficulties in using it just because we don't know it.
Of course, if you are willing to challenge your own limits, then the shortboard is not impossible, only that it takes a little longer to get started, but once you learn it, you can have more fun and even use it as a surfboard for various limits.
